SPM HTTP 500 Server Error only for one user

Dear experts,

We have our SPM 3.0 implemented on SAP BW 7.4 system.

Since the beginning, there is just one user who is getting the BI_UNABLE_TO_CREATE_QUERY error when starting SPM. It points to HTTP 500 Internal server error in the HTTP trace.

However, the strange part is that this is the case for only one user. The same roles have been assigned and compared with other users. The SPM roles were also removed and re-assigned to the user without any help. The profiles and other settings were also compared with other users with same roles, but no differences found there. The authorization trace also does not point to anything specific.

Is there any particular user setting (in ABAP, JAVA or SPM) which may be causing this issue? Any pointers for this would be appreciated.

Dear all,

The user had a different language maintained as logon language in SU01 than from the default language in SPM (English).The logon language in SPM was set as blank and this resolved the issue.
