CREATE PRICING REPORT V/LA

Dear Guru,

When we have created the pricing report through t code V/LA, with key combination table 5, 613 & 614 & save the report that time system give the error message (invalid call sequence for interface when recording changes).

Please help.

Using T Code V/LA , give any specific report name (Example Z1) and description - go in - select your required field name and click on AND - Select only tables which you want and then - click on "Continue to list structures" and maintain the sequence in which you would like to see the fields when you execute the V/LD report - for example it shoudl be like...first Sales organization, then Distribution channel...etc . You can use the positioning column to select the sequence in which the fields appear when executing the V/LD for selection parameters. Then Save.

You should not get the error. Hope this helps

Thanks to prompt replay,

we have gone through your guidance, first enter t code v/la, select table 614 in third step, & fill up the position page header for sales org, distribution channel, division & customer & also material & condition type as item level.

after that when we have save the document we have shown same error.

Please help

Make sure the tables 5, 613 and 614 , have atleast one field in common.

In the second step of my earlier post, after you give the Report name (Ex:Z1) and description - and enter, in results screen, select that particular common filed, and click on AND....select the tables required by you...5, 613 & 614 and then proceed to maintain the sequencing / sorting of the fields,

Sales Org, Distirbution channel and Divison positioning can be 1 - Page Header / Text column select 2 for Sales Org , Dist Chan and Division.

Customer, Material and Condition type can be Positioning = 3 - item level level of pricing report / Text column for customer you can select 2 and for Material & Condition you can select 1.

Under Select column, only select the above mentioned fields. Valid from field should also be selected and positioning of valid from shoudl be 3 - item level.

Then save the settings. Please report , if you get error.
