Cannot connect to the SAP system

Hi,

I can establish the remote connection of the appliance, but I cannot connect to SAPGui. I followed the troubleshooting and tried to connect via SSH, and the following error message appears

"The Appliance Agent detected an error and terminated."

In this link https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-56998 it says to terminate the appliance and create a new one. I have done this twice with the same result, does anybody else have the same error?

    Hello Marco,

    If you have a problem with another solution, please provide the solution name, the cloud provider, the region and the VM sizes.

    Hi Marco,

    If you check the "SAP Cloud Appliance Library" topic there are a lot of similar errors.
    I am just trying to create a new instance in a different zone. I will get back with a feedback.
