Pictograms for Self-Service (MSS/ESS)

Dear Experts.

I have the following requirement:

The company want that I change the Icons/Pictograma for the Areas Page of ESS and MSS.

I found the following blog of Chris Solomon:

I don't have problem for Customizing the icons in the Area Page. My problem is How upload this Icons in the system:

For example:

For the service of Personal Information (EMPLOYEE_PERSINFO_ERP2005) use the Picture Resource EMPLOYEE_PERSINFO_PIC. This Picture Resource use Pictogram portrait_form.gif that I can display in the T.Code SE80

First Question: How upload this Pictograms in the t.code SE80?

Second Question:

For the Pictograms in the MSS , Where Are stored, How can upload this Pictograms?

The Workset , for example Team , have a propierty called Workset Map Pictogram and this have a listbox with a list of Pictograms.
