Release Started : Cancelled releases can be repeated

Hi,

I try to release a customizing request but it was timeout in the first time so I adjust rdisp/max_wprun_time from 600 to 1800 and then restart sap.

After adjust it, when I try to release the request again (try both Request -> Directly and Release -> Background) but it shown "Request DEVK900038 is still being exported"

How can I repeat to release that request?

Ps. I already try to stopsap and restart the machine.
