After Save in Layout screen, no result display in InfoCube

Dear Experts,

For BPS, we use excel as layout tool.

After user input data in Layout screen, they press "Save" button.

Although the message "Data was saved" dsplayed in bottom line, there is no data which user just input in InfoCube.

For example: we use InfoCube: Z123 as planning cube.

Uer input the data in the layout which created by planning area Z123.

But we check the Z123, there is no data which user just input.

After one day, we can find the data in InfoCube.

Could you kindly tell me which leads to this issue or there is some notes we need install to prevent this issue orrcurs again.

This issue is due to lower memory and calculation logical.

Hi.

Which way you check data in cube ?

By tc LISTCUBE or query ?

May be you check data via query and did not include variable of most updated request (yellow) and at next day you have any action that turns yellow request to green, so you are able to see data in query ?

User use t-code: UPSPL to save data.

We check the data in InfoCube and Query.

The request is yellow not green.

We do not make any change.

Hello

After saving data from the planning layout, if you close it and open agian. Do you see the entered data there?

Please be aware, always you enter data in a planning cube it stores in a yellow request. It becomes green when the configured limit is achieved or if you close the request manually (or change the cube load behavior).

So if you enter data and run a query over the infoprovider you may not see the data as it is on the yellow request.

That depends of your query settings.

Try to do the follow test. Enter data, run a query and check the request status. The next day run the same query and check the request status again. You may see differences.
