Internal Order Budget Manager

How to make email go only to the person who created the Internal Order. If I put a specific user's name in Person Responsible in Order Master Data, still the other users get an email who are assigned in budget manager for the same order type. Please tell me how to make changes, so that the user who created the IO, only gets the email.

Secondly, is there a way to change the text in the email generate by the system within SAP and also route it to other email instead of the email in SAP.

Hi,

When you assign number 3 in the field where action to be triggered when IO booking cross the limit you specified, SAP will trigger mail to budget manger with a warning message at time of posting.

But if you don't assign budget manger to budget profile than while posting SAP will give you error message and not warning message.

Note 428793 tells about changing/adding recipient list. I think we can add more recipients. But my question is how would the creator of Internal Order gget a warning message when budget has exceeded set limit. Because in Budget manager configuraiton, only managers per controlling area adn order type can be assigned.
