Hi All,

I'm also getting an error "An internal error occurred during: "Parsing heap dump" while analyzing heap dump file with eclipse memory analyzer.

Can you please provide the solution?

Dear Ravi,

The Memory analyzer tool has a log file in the workspace\.metadata directory. The name of the file is .log. Could you please advise what is the exception logged here?
