Hai experts
I am getting the following error at the time of Standard cost MARKING time in CK24, after standard estimation (CK11N) is saved. this error message is coming very few materials only in a plant 1000. but there is no BOM ofr this material.
Material 30208 1000 does not contain any segment for in-house production
Message no. CK862
Diagnosis
No segment for in-house production has been created for material 30008 in plant 1000
System Response
Marking for this cost estimate is not carried out.
Procedure
In transaction Material master create the segment for in-house production for this material (material for valuation type IM_OWNPROD) with costing view and accounting view and allow the cost estimate.
In Customizing Materials Management check under Valuation and Account Assignment -> Split Valuation -> Configure Split Valuation the valuation type which was used here. This always requires the availability of an in-house production segment.
Kindly help me out .

Bharath

Dear Barath,
1) For those materials, check whether BOM, Routing exists
2) You need to check, Costing relevance tick is marked or not in Both BOM & Routing if not
kindly tick.
2) Check whether Activities are properly planned in KP26 for the current month
