Update profile for Payment budget

Hi Experts

We finalise to upload payment budget in FM, because there is no difference between Payment budget and Commitment budget.

But client wants commitment update and payment update starting from PR stage to Payment. Is the update profile 101 is suffient to update the required?

or shall I opt update profile 350.My understanding is that, if we go for Payment budget and commitment budget separatly, then 350 or 500 suitable.

Pls confirm which one is the best for updating all in reports.

Hi,

Your question is a bit unclear. You can manage commitment and payment budget separately and in this case, certainly PR won't consume any payment budget, but the commitment budget. For this you can use 0350 profile. If you want to manage only one ledger, you can use 0101 profile (payment budget only), thus making all your FM documents (including PRs) to consume this budget by making postings to payment budget ledger.
