Hi Gurus
I'm running solution manager 7.0 EHP1. I did the basic configuration settings for service desk but when I'm in solution manager and run the transaction notif_create I receive the error: "Message was not created" when I try to save the message.
Some of the the details for that message are:
- The connected CRM system was not reached.
- The descriptive text was not saved or not saved completely.
- A different, critical error ocurred while the message was being created.
- The attached file contains special characters in its name.
-The names of directories and documents in this hierarchy are allowed
Do you know what's missing?
