0crm_srv_process_h not bringing the right case status

Hi Experts,

In CRM a batch program is updating the status of the cases based on the value of a date field, from "ONHOLD" to "ACTIVE". But this change does not get posted to the delta queue of the BW extractor. I wonder if there is a way to update the delta queue with the modified cases for the datasource 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H using a batch job. Please let me know your suggestions. Appreciate your help.
