SWFVISU and UWL Tasklist Portal Application

At the client site they have workflows defined and custom screens to process them in the SAP GUI.

For the portals we have created custom Java Web Dynpro applications to process these workflow tasks and have configured them in SWFVISU table.

However in the UWL Tasklist application, when I click on a task, it is opening the backend transaction in an SAP GUI for HTML screen rather than using the Java WebDypro application configured in SWFVISU. Am I missing something?

In SWVISU table chane workflow tasks from Webdynpro Java to Webdynpro ABAP. I have faced same problem,it has resolved

Not sure exactly what was happening, but apparently not all entries in the SWFVISU table were making it to the XML setup file. Someone on the basis team was able to get this resolved.
