SUM SPS Update hangs on phase MAIN_TRANSEXEC/STARTSAP_TRACT

Hello,
im doing a update of a SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 System to the latest SPS.
Means Netweaver 7.4 Pl 8 to PL 20
i have created a stack.xml file via Maintenace Manager and am applying the updates via SUM.
It works good, beside a smaller error because of a component ECC-DIMP, which was not in a equvalent patchlevel, which i ignored because ECC-DIMP was never activated and therefore no data loss should happen (well, i don't know if this correct but don't think it is related to this problem)
I used scenario "single system" for the SUM, which should mean no shadow instance.
Well, now i hang in phase MAIN_TRANSEXEC/STARTSAP_TRACT and disp+work is not starting.

Yeep, seems this was it.
I had those settings already in
/etc/sysctl.d/sap
but they seems not be used. After adding the lines
kernel.sem=1250 256000 100 1024
vm.max_map_count=2000000
kernel.shmmax = 68719476736
kernel.shmall = 41943040
to /etc/sysctl.d and doing a
sysctl -p
it works now.
