The Web IDE Full-Stack 190117 can not deploy the workflow project

i want deploy my workflow project, but the deploy function button list is empty. However, fews days ago the deploy function work fine. what is the problem with that?

The deploy option will be empty if the project is not of type workflow.

Right-click on the project SFSFOnboard, choose Project->Project Settings. Make sure the type 'SAP Cloud Platform Workflow' is selected. Please get back if you face the issue even after this.

Can you tell which data center you are working on?

I tried in trial & eu1 and I get the option to deploy both at workflow level and at the workflow project level. See the attached image.
