Hello Guru's
I have a question regarding the regular processor in the Dispute management, I am not getting email notifications when the disputes are created even though my name is not entered as a regular processor in UDM_CASE_PROCESSOR - Dispute Case Regular Processor. I used to get email notifications previously whenever the disputes were created with me as the processor.
Any idea what could be the reason, and any place where I have to check whats wrong?
