default allowances for the position will maintained against the position

Enhancement Details

The position based allowances will be attached as a position attribute and will be inherited by the person occupying the position.

When an employee is assigned a position, a user exit in Organizational Assignment (IT0001) will then create the relevant Recurring Payments/Deductions (IT0014) records with the start and end date of the corresponding Organizational Assignment (IT0001) or the allowance.

The trigger for creating or changing or ceasing the position based allowance is when an employee changes position and the Organisation Assignment (IT0001) is updated.

When allowances are changed against a position, ensure Recurring Payments/Deductions (IT0014) records are delimited.

1. Processing Logic

a. Read the position attribute (HRP1222) for the employeeu2019s new position (including Higher duty position assignments to employee)

b. Read wage type configuration for the indirect valuation and V_T5ITQI to determine the wage type and amount

c. Default the associated wage types into a new Recurring Payments/Deductions Infotype (IT0014) with the start and end date of the position start and end dates.

d. The copy create function will delimit the allowances held against the position.

e. If an old position had allowances and the new position doesnu2019t then delimit the old allowances from the previous position as at the end date of the old position.

please note ...IT0014 is not a dynamic screen ...after changing default position or creation ...it should be updated or insert in background
