Service ticket status

Hello All,

The end user is creating a service ticket with closed status. When user hit the save button, the service ticket is changing the status from Closed to Escalate automatically. I debug the whole the process but not finding any clue. Is there any configuration issue or something else?

Can any one help me out in this regards.
