KKS1 problem

we run KKS1 for Apr 2010, but it takes long time, we found that KKS1 analyzes variances of all accumulated production orders issued from last year October, and it is causing longer running time.

In order to avoid long running time, I would like the program to analyze variances of production orders related to current month production. how to improve performance of KKS1 and can it be done? I can't find any notes.
