Multiple orders created for same call

Dear All,

I had scheduled a background job for IP30 which runs every day. The parameters are as shown in 1st screenshot in the file at this link.[Maintenance plan and scheduling data|http://www.esnips.com/doc/d2b52d98-bb2c-4e46-bbd9-40cf341bb39e/Mplan_Sched]

I had created a maintenance plan yesterday which had maintenance plan data as shown in 2nd , 3rd and 4th screenshot in the document. The start date for this maintenance plan was 03.01.2010.

After the background job was run i checked the scheduled data and saw that for for 03.05.2010, 4 maintenance orders have been generated. It seems like the system has scheduled the plan some four times (shown in 5th and 6th screenshot).

Alongwith this maintenance plan some similar 40 maintenance plans were scheduled. For around 25 maintenance plans the system has scheduled in the normal way i.e. only once but for the others it has scheduled it more than once and created as many call objects.

One more thing which i observed was that the same job has run 4 times yesterday starting at the same time (although not sure how this happened as I had sceduled only once). As per my knowledge even if we run the scheduling more than once on the same day it would still generate those call objects which are due as per the call interval given.

If anyone can let me know how to resolve this issue it would be of great help to me.

regards,

Rajyash
