SAP 4.7 installation error

Hi,

I am installing SAP 4.7 in the Database instance installation in the 29 th step Updating Database statistics I am facing the below error

ERROR 2010-05-13 10:40:35

CJS-00288 Could not update database statistics.<br>DIAGNOSIS: Command brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPV5C returned 3.<br>SOLUTION: See brconnect.log for details.

Environment

OS Windows 2003

Database Oracle 9.2

Usually return code 3 means no connection to database. Have you changed the database user password ?

Please post logs from brconnect.log file. Looking at it you can understant the issue.

What is the log file content?

Seems issue with access privillages.
