Diff between US and IN payroll?

Hi,

I am new to US payroll, I was working for India payroll all these days and moving to US payroll.

I want to know what is the major differences between IN and US payroll? What are the main configurations we have to concentrate and how about legal reporting. and I want to know about schemas and PCR's also. Can I get any mtrls on this?
