Output message determination for PO

Hi Experts..I need your help..

I make the configuration for automatic message output for PO in MN04, it works fine..but i would like to fix only create a new messages for PO Creation..Now if make the new modification in PO the system creates another output message..

Is there any way to fix the output determination only to PO creation ?
