BP sales area data delta download from CRM to ECC

Hi Gurus,

Our scenario is the BP created in CRM will be replicated to ECC with all the general data and sales area data. Our system was working perfectly, but suddenly all the sales area data generated in crm is not include in the bdoc, and never trigger the delta download. Does anyone know how to trace the problem and any suggestion to solve the problem?
