DTW text with special characters

Dear All,

We need to import text field with special characters e.g. °，Enter key

Since it has comma, csv is not an option. But if I use txt file, the original file changed to "...".

Any idea? Thanks in advance.

Original text:

Size: 16u201D O.D. X 36" s/s horizontal

MAWP: 450 psig @ 300°F

MDMT: -20°F @ 450 psig

Register in AB, BC and SK

Convert to txt file:
