We are analysing one scenario for comparison between IT7 and IT8 for part time employees.
We want to know the impact of Capacity utilization field in IT0008 Basic pay, For part time employees how payroll would be impacted.
We have same field as Employment percentage(IT0007), I think Employment percentage(IT0007) and Capacity Utilization level(IT0008) are same field.
Can anyone tell me what is the significance of these two fields for one Part time employee. During payroll run, which field is considered by payroll. If we put 100% in cap util in IT8 and 70% Employ percentage in IT7 for that emplyee, so how payroll will be impacted I mean calculation wise.
How the calculations are done for Empl percentage field in IT7
and how the calculations are done for Capacity util field in IT8 with respect to payroll run.
