Date type is using a different time zone??

Hello Experts;

Basic question; If my system is physically located in the US but I need to see my date types in a GMTUK Timezone, what do i have to touch?

Specifically, i create a service order through WEBUI, i put my item correctly and once released and booked an appointment my dates get populated correctly but with a 8 hours difference we have from the Uk to the States. For example Earliest appointment start is shown as 12.05.2010 23.00 when it should be 13.05.2010 07.00
