Where does the active manager appears on documents?

Hello experts,

On the Company Details, it ask you for the name of the Active Manager.

To understand what it was, the HELP mentions the following: "Ative Manager This employee is displayed in the Active Manager field in printed documents"

So my questions are:

Which printed documents? I have checked some invoices on OEC test company and does not appear there.

Would the active manager be the CEO or General Manager of the company?

Hello,

What you can do is checking where are Active Manager field in any system PLD first. Then you can decide which Active Manager is more suitable there.

You may go through the most used PLD like marketing documents or inventory documents first. If you could not find it, then it probably not related to your localization.

But how do I check it? do I need to go to each and every document? Is there a more efficient way?

PLD stands for Print Layout Designer. All printable forms would have PLD assigned. You just need to check few. No need to go through them all.
