unable to save query for budget

Hello,

I need help on how to save a query that was written to find budget remaining for the year,budget remaining for the Month on the system as anytime we try to save it.

Hello Adewale - please explain this a bit further, as I am not sure what you are saying.

It sounds like you have created an SQL Query and cannot save it under the Query Manager??? Do you have Authority under the Administration Module to use the Query Manager and Query Generator??? Or are you trying to save the SQL results to an Excel spreadsheet???

More information will help everyone understand what your current situation is...

I have Authorization to save the Query but anytime we save, it returns it back to its default state because the query was written to bring out the remaining budget for the Year, Remaining Budget for the Month which is not giving the right output in the various marketing Documents .

Hello Adewale - then it sounds like you are saying your SQL is not written correctly. You need to post your SQL so the community can look at it, and you also need to provide an example of what you want. I am trying to understand what "default state" is. Tell us what you want the SQL to do and then we can go from there...
