Hui friends,

How to create/set a batch job activity for VF31. Please explain me by steps.

Hi,

You can create the Batch Job for the Program SD70AV3A.

Goto the transaction code SM36 and enter the Job name and Program name as SD70AV3A and Maintain the start condition ( schedule ) of the job with Schedule start date and time at which the job should run

Now save the Job , once you sae the job you will get the message as job released means you have scehduled the job

Hi,

Goto the T.Code "VF31".

Enter the output type,mediumSort order and Processing mode etc...

Click on "Program" in the menu bar after entering all the necessary details in the selection screen.

Click on "Execute in Background" Or press "F9".

Give Output device as "LP01".

Enter.

Here you can schedule the job as per your requirement by clicking on "Date/Time".

Check and save.

Goto the T.Code "SM37".

Check the status of the background jobs you have scheduled.

I followed those steps but I'm still facing the same error : "Errors occurred while processing output"

I don't have any issues when processing in foreground mode. Do you have any ideas?
