You can donwload trial version AS Java from SDN Download section as per above comments

For installation guide, please refer to SMP - http://service.sap.com/instguides

Hi,

you can only download what SAP is providing: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/nw-downloads

RIght now, the only version available of a portal running on windows is the CE 7.1 developer version. But this isn't a full enterprise portal. You can try it and find out if the light portal of the CE is providing an iView for integrating WebDynpro ABAP.
