No physical-sample drawing is planned for inspection lot

I created a sample using QPR1 and created Inspection Lot using QPR5.

Using QA32 for result recording, where I have to select the sample for result recording there is a button to create additional sample but when I press the button, I receive error message "No physical-sample drawing is planned for inspection lot ".

Previously I was able to create additional sample using above procedure.

Kindly help.
