No physical-sample drawing is planned for inspection lot

I created a sample using QPR1 and created Inspection Lot using QPR5.

Using QA32 for result recording, where I have to select the sample for result recording there is a button to create additional sample but when I press the button, I receive error message "No physical-sample drawing is planned for inspection lot ".

Previously I was able to create additional sample using above procedure.

Kindly help.

for creating samples from there you have to assign the sampling drawing procedure in the task list header.

Previously I was able to create additional sample without any Sample Drawing Procedure this way but right now I am facing this error. Maybe some other consultant has done changes in SPRO but I have to trace that changes.

Please also tell which settings you suggest in Sample Drawing Procedure, if I must have to create a sampling drawing procedure to achieve the objectives.

There is no such customization changes which will not create the additional sample.

I thing

1.Try using the SDP in inspection plan.

2. Enter inspection point of sample Mgt

3. Enter MIC's & put sampling procedure against the each MIC.

check the scenario.

Thanks for your reply, I already created a sample drawing procedure but still receiving the error message.

can you mention field settings of master record (i.e. for sampling drawing procedure)?

simplest way is to use fixed sample ( may be 2 nos) in primary sample ( do not use the pooled or reserve)
