There is 2 scenarios on LWP:
1. When Employee Joins the company in between the month and take a leave in that month then deduction should take place on each wage types included into Basic Pay infotype (0008). The same case at the time of his resignation.
Formula for deduction:
Wage type - (Wage type amount / No. of days in month * No. of Leave (LWP))= Payslip amount of wage type
2. LWP for regular employee only deduction from Basic.
Formula:
Basic - (Basic /no. of days in month * No.of LWP) = Basic amount in Payslip
Solution :
I have created two types of LWP one for general and another for New Joinees and resigned employees. Created same counting rule for both. In Table v_512w_d I have assigned value 1 to processing class 10 for all wage types assigned to basic pay.
Problem:
Now the problem is while I am creating absence type LWP for New joinees/resigned system is calculating values for all wage types but the deductions coming after calculations are very less than the expected amount.
Secondly When I am creating absence type LWP general this also deducting the amount from all wage types, but It should only deduct from basic amount not from all wage types.
Kindly suggest me some good solutions.
