Is it possible to move a extension field into a Standard OVS?,if we can add and search using KUT field on OVS.

Hi Rabbani,

From Cloud Studio, you need to do the following:

1. Extend the standard BO on top of which that standard OVS is built. It will create a XBO.

2. Add the extension field in the XBO.

3. Extend the standard OVS. It will create .xuicomponent.

4. Open the extended OVS (.xuicomponent) in UI Designer and open the Extensibility explorer.

5. In Extensibility explorer, use Add Extension field Editor and add the extension field to extended standard OVS.

This field once added can be used in KUT as well.

Hello Kushal,

That will work only if the OVS has an resp. "Add Field" anchor defined.
