Authorization Issue

Dear Experts,

Can any one tell me being an ABAPer, how would I get the all authorizations for 120 Client (Development Client).

My Basis Administrator is not giving. Is thr any code snippet that can be used for this.

I dont need change permission , i just need display permission for all the Tcodes of Development Client.
