Hi Marco,
Once you have created your cross table you simply highlight a column in your body, go to the Analysis tab, select "Functions" > Sum and choose to insert a sum for columns and rows. This will automatically add a totals column to the end and a totals row to the bottom of your cross table. You can manipulate the formula in the totals rows and columns as you see fit.
