Access Source value from Transform Query in a Global/Local Variable in CPI DS

Dear Experts,

I need a solution to read the source value from the Transform query in CPI DS to a Global/Local Variable either in Script or in the mapping editor.

This is required to be used in 1st Data flow and read the variable in 2nd Data Flow of the same Job.
