Workflow not trigger email to approver

Hi All,

I've created the workflow in a folder of Knowledge Management.

However, the email doesn't trigger consistently.

The approver would receive the email from certain user only after user submitted for approval.

Was anyone faced this problem before please guide me to resolve the problem.

Would appreciate if someone is managed to solve my problem 😊
