Personal Data iView Update

We're encountering an issue wherein the employee could no longer see the Personal Profile link is no longer available. I believe we need to update the iViews specific to that country/region?

One of the suggestions raised was to upgrade XSS to a higher SP-level.

Would anyone know of the specific OSS Notes for these changes to fix the issues?
