FM CV100_DOC_SEARCH run time error in HANA

After the recent HANA upgrade when we execute the Function module CV100_DOC_SEARCH

It throws below error.

In Oracle FM CV100_DOC_SEARCH triggers CV04N .

I searched for OSS notes but didn't get any .

Let me know if there is any OSS notes available to resolve above issue.

Please find the solution in SAP Note: 2398663. After implementing the Note, the dump would be gone.
