For our client, if a public holiday falls on Saturday in a year, one day of Annual Leave to be credited to the employees Time Quota.
In the year of 2010, there are two public holidays on Saturday. Hence two days to be credited to employee's Annual Leave Quota.
Manually need to use 2013 - Quota Corrections for crediting the annual leave. But it is not recommended because of laborious process to enter the records manually for the employee.
Secondly, A Z program to be developed for updating the 2013- Quota Corrections to the employees master data with increased entitlement of the days where in during Time Evaluation this gets credited.
But is there is a solution that can be done using some personnel calculation rule during time evaluation. When Saturday is a Public Holiday, need to update a day in the Leave quota of the employee. Please check and let me know for more analyzation on the same. Inputs is awaited.
