Is there any possibility to make a report where we can visualize for example top three campaigns by Unique Clicks or Click Through Ratio?

Yes, I know what you mean, but is there a possibility to limit chart bars, for example, to show me only the first three the most successful campaign by click-through?

Have you checked out Analytics Story: Campaign Success yet? For more information, you can refer to this documentation.
In that analytics, you should at least see top 5 campaigns based on number of clicks. You also have Click-Though-Rate as an applicable KPI.
