IBP synchronization of planning notes

Hi all,

can you please help with the below error message in Excel / IBP Add-In.
It appears when logging into the planning area with activated planning notes and then refreshing data.

What needs to be done to resolve the issue and suppress the alert?

alert:

Some cells with new planning objects may have planning notes. The system needs to synchronize the planning notes from higher aggregation levels, which might take some time. Technical synchronization of planning notes (last time): 21.11.2018 19:37:12

Hi Erik,

so you took that screenshot today? Then indeed there seems to be an issue with the job. It runs automatically and very frequently. And yes, the note would disappear.

Can you please open a ticket in that matter? Component is SCM-IBP-XLS-CMT.

Hi Erik,

nothing needs to be done on your side. It is just an information for you in case you are wondering why the note that you just created might not momentarily show up on a lower planning level. e.g. you created it for a certain brand and then drilldown to the Products of that brand - usually you would see the planning note being disaggregated there also.

But this disaggregation is a job that runs in the backend and can take some minutes. So there might be a delay and hence this information to the user.

thanks for your quick reply.
I understand the disaggregation job should run automatically after creation of a planning note and some minutes later all should be fine and the message would not appear again?

In my case the alert would appear every time I log on.
Also looking at the timstamp of last synchronization it seems to me no job did run in the last minutes.
