使用类方法 cl_abap_conv_in_ce~create 去转换CSV文件（含繁体中文）出现乱码 ，encoding 参数是 UTF-8，试了下中文也不行？
各位有什么建议吗

设置一下你的机器的office的语言，设置默认语言为中文试一下；
你系统地codepage？
