Error while hriing an Employee-"No date available for A000..."

hi,

I am getting the Below error whil performing a hriing Action in IDES server.

"No data available for A00000112 003 "where 112 i s the employee number.

This appears after Org assignment updation and the action is terminated upruptly.

Please help!!!!
