Hi
I am trying to get the control recipe from ECC to MII via the RFC CONTROL_RECIPE_DOWNLOAD and got the following errors.
java.lang.RuntimeException: ConfirmTID failed. Registered TID=0E02202047274BEA09631C2D. Neither commit no rollback arrived on this node on handle 10, endpoint=$Proxy2641
com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (104) RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: asynchronous call CONTROL_RECIPE_DOWNLOAD to dest. SAPMII on system SERVER_XX_00 can't be processed by StatefulSynchronousMessageListener
MII Version: 12.1.5 (77)
ECC Config - RFC Destination, Port, Partner profile all set
Configured the XMIIRFC01 in NWA with all details
Message listener in MII is configured as category and RFC
Need suggestions ..
Regards,
Ajay.
Ajay,
Have you checked in operations management>systems->start&stop the XMIIRFC01 is in available status? check the other Java applications which starts with xapps~ should be in start mode.

Hi Ajay,
First check your NWCE version. It should be SP3 (or perhaps higher by now). If it is not SP3, your RFC Listener will still work, but it will behave a bit inconsistently (you may have to restart NW when changing the listener). Also make sure you hit the update button for the Message Listener in the MII portal Message Services. Changes may not propogate without doing so. I would also recommend updating to the latest MII patch. It contains some changes to how the Message Listeners work.
Regards,
Mike
Thanks for the inputs!
@ Sudhir: XMIIRFC01, etc are all available and running.
@ Michael: The system is on SP3. On MII portal I have updated the listener and messaging rules, before this posting the issue on MII. I will get in touch with the basis person to update the MII version or restart the server.
Will keep posted.
Thank you for the inputs.
Ajay.
It is not consistent .. The control recipe is downloaded sometimes and sometimes not...
Another thing noticed is .. Log file generated looks for XMIIRFC02 instead of XMIIRFC01 which is configured to receive the recipe.
MII - 12.1.6
NW - 7.11.5

Ajay,
Take a look at how you are calling the Function Module itself to see if there is an explicit Commit Work statement. If there isn't one, add the statement and retest it. MII 12.1 is using Resource Adapters which cause the RFC Listener to function a little bit differently than in 12.0.

Mike
