PR Releasing

hello guys just a query

Is PR is automatically release by SAP?

It seems that SAP allows PO creation for created PR without releasing the PR.

currently i'm in developing an integrated PO creation in .NET

and i want to apply PR releasing and use BAPI_REQUISITION_RELEASE

and BAPI_REQUISITION_RELEASE_GEN to release a PR before

PO Creation. thanks
