IW42: time confirmation per personnel number

Hello experts!!

I am trying to confirm the actual costs (labour) for a work order through transaction IW42. The thing is that I want to assign the labour per work order and personnel number. My question is whether or not it is possible to use partner functions as employees instead of having to activate HR in order to carry out the tiem confirmation by personnel number.

No you can't in standard SAP.

But if you are not using HR, then you could create a work centre for each employee.

Alternatively you could use one of the CONFPM* user-exits to add your own fields, and that could use partners..

Hi,

Without HR or Mini HR you will not be able to assign a personnel number to the confirmation using the standard field. You could however use one of the open fields like the confirmation text to capture the personnel number.
