Transaction VT02N
When I process a shipment 0001and I click on the shipment completion once the delivery is picked and all it brings a pop up asking me to enter the External ID field which is basically the tracking number field.
I want to know if there is a way to control that pop up by shipping point because we don't use it on all locations.
Could it be a user exit? or config?
