Hi,
We are using CRM 2007.
After confirming the account an interaction record is created. and it is stored in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table.
Now I need to close the Interaction Record automatically, if a complaint is created for that call.
I thought of doing it in ORDER_SAVE BAdi as this is called before saving the complaint. But I don't know How to identify the interaction record number in ORDER_SAVE BAdi.
Please suggest any solution for this.
